Terms and Conditions
- Please ensure there is at least 1 meter working space around the caravan or motorhome to ensure we have enough space to carry out the needed works.
- All payments will need to be made at the end of the works carried out, unless we have made other arrangements.
- Payment methods accepted (bank transfer, card, cash)
- No works will be carried out unless you have agreed to them either in person or via Email.
- Before any works are to commence a full video walk round will be carried out regarding the condition of the Caravan-Motorhome to protect you and myself.
- Vehicle must be accessible, clean, and safe to work on.
- Keys must be provided.
- Gas bottles must be present and have gas, if no Gas is present then I will use my stock but there will be a £5.00 additional charge.
- Customer to disclose any known defects prior to works commencing.
- 24 hours’ notice required for cancelations to avoid a cancellation fee of £50.00
- If for any reason the service can not be carried out as stated above then the cancelation fee will be applied to the customer.
- Any issues you are not happy with please contact me ASAP to resolve the issue, other wise please follow the complaints procedure.
